I have a bound picklist (SLX 7.0 sp1 Lan) that is inserting very strange characters into the db. I cannot reproduce in the dev db and don't have direct access to production. Some of the characters are: \ã „È ÜÝ - but there a many many more.

Most are from remote databases, some are from main db. Characters are not in the picklist and users cannot type into the picklist. Has anyone seen this before?
