The error of the user not getting is "Database login failed: Failed to connect to SLXServer. Check if server is running and is compatible with the current provider version". Additionally the user that can't login also can't login on another machine.

Any thoughts? Thx

Client ADO connection string info is maintained in HKCU in the registry. So it's different for each Windows user.

HKCU->Software->SalesLogix->ADOLogin->Connection1 thru 10
