Opportunity Detail Oddity - Lan v7
Posted: 25 Sep 08 7:00 AM
I have what seems to be a machine specific issue regarding a user at a remote office. IT had to reset his network/outlook profile from some reason – since then when he logs onto SLX and clicks onto Opportunities, the top third of the detail screen is blank but the tab and middle panes are fine, and list view is fine. I get same results when I log onto his machine as another user. He can log onto another PC and everything looks fine, and I can log in as him on my machine and all is fine. Has anyone see this type of thing before? Thanks

One of the things that is different about Opportunity details versus the detail panels of other main views is the Browser panel for the Opp Snapshot.
Perhaps something "IT" did upset this control.
I might consider a re-install on this. It will take less time that trying out lots of other things.
