| If I deal mainly with persons (f.e. a resort hotel) what is the best practise to use SLX. I mean is there any possibility to setup SLX that I can just have contacts without companies? |

Yes. There is a bit of customisation required, but we have done this for a customer.

You just need to make sure that when you create a Contact that you also create an Account record. Then you hide any place that Account appears.
It will require a bit of effort.
