Advanced Outlook Integration - booking Resource via SLX Attendee Availability not being auto accepted in Exchange

Hi
We are running SLX via Citrix with AOI turned on.
We have Resources set up as "normal" exchange accounts, listed in the GAL etc. As opposed to other calendars which are created as Public Folder Resources. The mailbox's are also set to automatically accept meeting invites.
1/ New Meeting Request in Outlook: When Meeting Room X is added as a Resource via the Scheduling tab, Free/Busy information is published and correct, resource bookings are sent directly to the calendar when the Meeting is sent.
2. New Meeting in SLX: When Meeting is created in SLX and Meeting Room 1 is added as a Resource via the Attendee Availability tab the Free/Busy information is visible which is great. BUT the request is sent to the Inbox of the mailbox when the Meeting is sent. It is acting like an "invitee" request and therefore not being auto accepted and added to the calendar. As this is functioning correctly from within Outlook (both locally and Citrix) might it be related to the email address used. That is, in Exchange the Resource booking goes to the MS email address of Meeting Room X but when it comes from SLX it goes to the SMTP email adress .... and is treated differently.
Regards from Down Under. |
