Mail Merge Templates - Menu of Favorites Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

When you select yes to save a template to shortcut menu for templates, where is this saved? I've tried profiling it a few times and haven't noticed any insert or update statements, nor any select statements that would indicate its location. I also looked in the mail merge xml files under Documents and Settings. Thank you for your help.

Hi Chris,

It goes into the registry ...

hkey_current_user\software\saleslogix\mail merge\[databasename]\[username]\writemenu\[templatetype]
