Losing Leads
Posted: 17 Dec 08 2:37 PM
SLX 7.01
My company had an instance where we lost a number of leads for a particular office and had to restore them from a backup.
Is there a history of these leads that were deleted?
Is there any known bugs were leads would be deleted over the course of a couple of days.
1005 Leads (Nov 28th) -> 173 (dec 1st) -> 13 (dec 2nd)
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

99% of the time when this sort of thing happens I've tracked back to users doing things they shouldn't. Remove delete access from users or add a DELETE trigger to the lead table that emails you if something gets deleted.
