Your SLX implementation guide for whatever version your using will cover security as far as ownership and teams. There is minimal documentation beyond that for "WEB" security and provider level security. What specifically are you trying to do with security?
Note that configurable settings for "Add/Delete" accounts, contacts, etc. in the Administrator are not applied to the web client out of the box.
