Support Logix 6.2 had a room called Procedures that my service department use to document commonly used procedures. The table still exists in 7.2, but the button is gone. Was this dropped in 7.x?

Yes, it was - due to non-use and a poll from BPs.

The entire functionality is gone from SalesLogix.

We've developed a replacement for it that does what it did and more. Even searchable from the new customer portal.

Contact me directly about it. Just visit our web site and fill out thr Contact Us form

Thanks for the responses. We didn't use it in 6.2 which is why we never noticed it missing from 7.2 until we went to implement it. Bob, I'll take a look at your site and let you know if we want more info on your solution. Thanks again.
