Report cannot make an OLE DB connectionYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

We are running SalesLogix version 7.0.1, and we recently lost the ability to print reports from the client. We are getting the error "Unable to retrieve report. The report cannot make an OLE DB connection." from most computers, including the SalesLogix server. I said most, because, for some reason, I can still run the reports from my computer. One obvious difference is that my computer has Crystal Reports version XI installed on it, while the others do not.

While I am able to run the reports from my computer, I get the error when I log into other computers and use the same SalesLogix credentials. This is a recent phenomenon, so something must have changed, on the server maybe? I am not aware of any changes, but I welcome any suggestions.

By the way, I did find something on the Sage Knowledgebase (resolution id 478897) that mentioned four possible resolutions, but I don't think they apply, especially since I can run the reports from my computer.
