Once a Ticket has been submitted to SpeedSearch and has been indexed is there any way to remove that single record from the SpeedSearch index? Our users have been able to submit Tickets to SpeedSearch without waiting for an approval process, but they are unable to remove a submission by merely unchecking the Ticket submission check box. We are considering placing an approval process in place as we are noticing that there are many Tickets being submitted which we don’t want populating the Knowledge Base. We would like to be able to selectively remove those items when they are recognized.

Thanks for the suggestions.

NO...

All you can do is run a FULL re-index.

Thanks for the response, Bob. I wondered if that might not be the answer that would come back.
