Intellisync Error

Saleslogix 6.2.6
A user is receiving the following message when logging in to the Client:
It appears that an internal table has become damaged. Do you wish to restore a backup copy of this table?
We do not use Intellisync so I uninstalled Saleslogix from his pc and did a fresh install. I am able to login on his pc and I don't receive the message. He logged in after the clean reinstall and it still appears. I recreated his user profile and had him log out and log back in and he is still receiving the message. How does one disable Intellisync so the user doesn't have to go through a series of error messages every time he logs in?
