When clicking the "Dismiss" button on an Activity Alarm in SLX, it appears to just snooze the activity for however long is selected as a snooze time. Is this the expected behavior? Because it appears to be doing the same thing as clicking the Snooze button at the bottom of the Alarm page.

We're using SalesLogix 7.2.1.1672. And if anyone has any insights on why this is happening, if there is anything to be done about it or if this is the default functionality, I would be very grateful.

Thank you

The dismiss option does, in fact, remove the alarm. However, there is/was a bug in the notification manager (when you hit the X in the top right of the window) that switches back on the alarm ! Hence, it appears like it's not working or is working the same as snooze. It is fixed - but I'm not sure which version.

Thanks for the response! I guess I will see if I can track down the update.
