Hello - I'm new to the forums, but any help with this is appreciated.

I am building our web client platform and running - but I constantly receive:

There was a problem reading the server port from the IIS Metabase.

We have created all necessary user accounts, given them specified access in the implementation guide. Allowed Asp.net 2.0. We are running iis7 in compatibility mode.

If anyone can help out it would be great. Thanks.

Are the Scripting tools also in place?
I do recall having this issue on my 2K8 box, but adding the necessary components to IIS seemed to fix it.

Thank you for the response. Yes they are installed. We are also using 2k8.

We have iis6 compatiblity + metabase compatibility, scripting tools etc. All installed.

Any other ideas? Thanks again.
