Picklist with old values for one user?Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hi,
In SLX 6.2.6 I am having one network user who sees items in a picklist which were deleted about a year ago. All other users see the actual values (as far as i know).
So my guess was: Caching. I deleted the "c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SalesLogix\Cache\ACZQ" - folder contents; PC reboot - but still, the values are the same wrong values.

Any ideas?
Thanks!
Marty

Did you query his database?
It is possible that he had added entries to the picklist that are similar to those values in place previously.

Also, when you say that he has these values, are you referring on the Records or on the actual Picklist (when the Picklist Chooser is open)?

There is quite a bit of difference between the two. Changing a picklist doesn't change the data that was saved based on a picklist value, and depending on the settings of the picklist, it will display the old value whenever you access the record (although not on the Chooser screen).
