Are those old attachments valid attachments?
Do they work if you don't apply this "fix"?

This code fix doesn't change the functionality of the grid, just reduces the records returned. If they have invalid paths, the duplicate entries that got removed also would have invalid paths.

I would suggest you identify the Attachments failing, query the DB and then attempt to locate them on your Attachments folder.

Hi Raul,

Thank you for the quick reply! The old attachments are valid attachments; before we added the code fix the attacments were returned without issue.

We found that the code fix needed to be added to the Attachment Support VBScript plugin and not the individual Attachment script linked to the corresponding form plugin (ie Attachement.Account & Attachment.Opportunity).

Once we removed the code fix from the Attachment form plugins and added it to the Attachment Support VBScript plugin it eliminated the duplicate attachments from the grid and allowed us to retrieve the attachments without issue.

So far, this seems to be working.
