Hi

saleslogix is new to me and wanted some help. is there a way to bring up the Contact Type (box)

is there a way to “publish” all of the test_*” types to the global Contact Type list in SL, so that both users will have that as an option.

the director uses the Contact Type, and i'm not sure where to find it or how to give access to other users to see it.

i am logged in as admin.

its saleslogixs 7.2

anyhelp would be appreciated. thanks

The values are on the Picklist table.
The way to make them global is to change the USERID to "ADMIN", otherwise the values are only visible to the user who created them.

In this case, you are going to have to use SQL statements to correct this issue, or as an alternative, make a list of the values that the Director uses, and then add them to the picklist while logged as Admin.
As long as your setup is standard (using the Text value instead of the Code or ID on the Picklist control), this should allow everyone to see these values.

If you are not a SQL type person - here is a utility you can purchase that will help you deal with it.
