Manual effort, I suspect.
SLX calendar or Outlook?
Are you using something like intelliSync or Exchange Link?
If not, how/why were the dups created? |

I've seen it in outlook, lotus notes & mobile and fixing it can be time consuming. This can occur for several reasons and causes and solutions vary depending on the applications and sw versions involved. I would guess whatever sync system you have running is configured bi-directionally and changing that is the quickest fix.

We have SLX 7.2.2 . This issue have only for 2 users and had IntelliSync installed recently on their laptops.. Everybody else do not have this problem. May be it make sense to to re-install Intellisync for them? |

Did you already check that their intelliSync configuration is identical to the configuration of one of the users who does not have the problem? |

Reinstalling slx is a good idea But more than likely you need to purge the pc's of existing intellisync configuration files. And, this is a more complex issue. 1) Have then log into a different pc and test, does tat work? 2) Someone else should login on there pc and test also. Is it in the slx profile, nt profile or the machine ?
Also, look under the program files area for a folder that is an intellisync config. Used to be \program files\saleslogix\%username% (I think, been a while).
