Cannot access the Help File

Interesting little problem: there are two Slx databases on the same serverd. When a user logs into the normal DB, he can access the nornmal client help file [Help Menu]. But if he logs into the Test DB, he cannot access the Help file. Any known reason?

Problem solved: 'Tis a matter of a double install on the same user machine with the help file missing from the second/subordinate SalesLogix folder. |
