Personal Word Templates

I'm Running SLX 5.2.6 My machine got rebuilt because my hard drive crashed but, now I'm missing all my word personal templtes in SLX I can see them in Architec but I don't know how to get them back to my computer, when I check for templates on my network client is showin nothing, any idea  |

Not sure if this was modified before or after version 5.2, but previously, SLX Mail Merge Templates weren't kept on the DB, they were kept on file.
So, before replacing a Computer it was (and still is) always needed to make a backup of your local SLX Files, so that they could be copied to the new machine (From C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SalesLogix).
It is possible that some of these templates have been copied up to the server, so please look on the Logging Share and see if you can find your Templates.
With the current version of SLX, the Templates are actually streamed into the DB, so this wouldn't have ocurred. |

Thank you Raul, I can open the Word documents from Architec but, where can I copy them so the user can see them under Personal when she does Mail Merge. Remember this is SLX 5.2.6
