We have the user Quotes embedded in a Word Templates
And our configuration is setup with all users on terminal servers.

It has been this way for years and working fine.
Running slx 626 (no hot fixes)

What is happening, "periodically" say 30-50% of the time, is the Word Mailmerge Interface sometimes hangs during the merge process such that the app locks up and must be Terminated from Task Manager.
The users can log back in. We've moved people around on the Term Servers easing the problem, but it’s a temporary fix.

Anyone have any ideas. it appears to be a locked resource not being released or something.
My last change was to remove the Everyone Release and instead doing individual User Releases

We'll see what happens

Any ideas from the ether might be helpful

There was a problem in 6.2 on Terminal server - most likely this is happening while there is more than one person using word on the box. I know of one outfit that had that problem and raised hell with Sage until they provided them a fix. It's been quite a while, so I am not remembering which file/dll was involved. They still have 6.2 in production - so contact me offline and I can see if we can figure that out.

I will call you later. I remember the issues with Citrix hanging and the firefight to get the hotfix.
