Hi
I've recently implemented SLX over 10+ Remote Users, and recently they could not log on because the error said that their license has expired.
A solution to this problem was to reload the same license, and had to cut the remote user database and re-install the database on the remote users laptops.

My query is, what was the cause of the same license expiring, and how often will this occur
