Intellisync Error

Hi ,
We have some users experiencing the following error when they try to connect to SLX through a citrix server- "Unable to update Intellisync tables with registered coneectors. Supplied directory does not exist..".
I checked their profile in SLX Admin and they have the permission to change Outlook synchronization settings.
Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Hi,
This issue is resolved- in the KnowledgeBase of Sage there is a resolution for this error. The resolution ID IS 443835.
