We're looking at loading some products into SLX and I can't find any materials explaining how to use it. I've looked through our training videos, LAN Administrator training book, DevLogix book, LAN End User training book, and searched the Sage Knowledgebase and haven't found anything except a blurb that says to go to Tools>Manage>Products. I also searched this forum and CustomerFX YouTube videos.

Most of it is pretty easy, but what are "Packages" and how do you use them to manage products?

Try the Help Menu.

Thank you. I checked the Help Menu in Administrator and Architect and didn't see anything. When I click on Help in the client, nothing happens. If you think there is good information in there, I'll spend some time figuring out why the Help menu doesn't work in the client.....

Try pressing F1 with the Products view open. Failing that, browse to C:\Program Files\SalesLogix and open the SalesClient.chm file.

Thank you so much. I went to a CSR's computer and her help worked and had everything I was looking for. Then I came back here, saw your message, and opened the chm file.
