Hi,

We have issue when an activity is set with alarm and completed; it clears all the other activities into timeless. I strongly think this is a bug within SalesLogix. ANyone has encountered this ? any solution?

We are on SalesLogix 7.2.

Hot-Fix 21 resolves this issue (if its the same, which we believe it is)
