User Reporting To self Issue - Administrator Hangs up Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hi There

Currently, I am having an issue at one of my customer place.

The issue is:

When Administrator logs into SalesLogix,he is getting the dialog box of "Loading Users List" and its just getting hang in there
while a normal user can log in without any problem.

I checked with query in DB and found that it is happening because there is a user who reports to itself.

Please help how can I troubleshoot this?

Execute the following:

Update UserSecurity Set Managerid = ‘Admin’ Where userid = ‘enter userid here’
