We have a new remote user and after he has synch his data after installation, the last applied date is blank on the SLX Administrator's access. What should I do to see the last applied date so that I can check whter is synch is successful or not? |

Hi,
You need to manually update the last apply date in the SYNCSEQUENCING table on the host database. Once updated, the field will update from then on.
If you like, we have an alternative 'FREE' utility called 'SalesLogix Sync Report' This utility provides an email report detailing remote users who have transaction exchange files pending within outfiles folder. User’s who have not synchronised within 7 days will be highlighted in red within the report.

Within the SalesLogix database..
If you do not have access to the database itself then you can execute a SQL update through the SalesLogx Administrator | Tools | Execute SQL
Failing that, just cut a new remote database as that will resolve your issue too. |
