Hi ,

I have a user who is recieving the following error when he logs into SLX.

"Could not login to Outlook. Make sure Outlook is properly installed Invalid class string"

We are using SLX V7.0.1.

Any suggestions/ideas on How this can be resolved?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Check that the slmn.dll or slxab32.dll has not been disabled within Outlook | Help | About Outlook | Disabled Items

Also, run detect and repair within Outlook (Ensure SalesLogix is closed)
