Hi,

We use the Account Products feature to keep track of which customers have what products. One of my users wants to create a Contact group showing all contacts at an account with Product X.

Under Add Group for Accounts, there is an "Account Products" join that lets me do this (so I can see all Accounts with Product X), but under Add Group for Contact, there is no way to drill down to Account Products... How can I add this?

In query builder, I see Contact > Account and under Account there a few further joins (Address, Campaign, etc), but not Account Products. I'd like to add it here.

If I look under Global Join Manager, I see the Account > AccountProduct join, and it is set to Visibility "Always". I tried to create a Contact > AccountProduct join (join fields were Contact's AccountID to AccountProduct's AccountID but no new join showed up under the Query Builder after I did this. What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks

The join should appear.. Try flipping it round the other way:

AccountProduct. Accountid | Contact.Accountid

Awesome! That did it. Not sure why, but it works so I am happy. I made it a Right join, with AccountProduct as the parent and Contact as the child, visibility set to Always.

Thanks for the help!

Robin
