Hi

We have recently upgraded to 7.5.2. Notice that the select another address button on the insert new contact/Account form is not working. Vendor has responded that it is a request feature and not one that is available as part of the system. I don't believe there will be a CRM where you cannot select another address for a contact when the Account has multiple addresses.

Has anyone seen this issue?

Hi,

That's not true! The 'Select Another Address' is standard functionality within SalesLogix. Either the Account does not have more than one address or the functionality has been knocked out by the upgrade..

The select another address button was not working in 7.5.2. This was identified as a bug and has been fixed in 7.5.3 by Sage.
