I'm having a problem with the way SpeedSearch indexes tickets.  The system wants to only index "approved" tickets, but we want EVERY ticket indexed.  I deleted the condition in SpeedSearch configuration for TicketInternal that checks against KnowledgeAdd, but it STILL only indexes tickets where KnowledgeAdd = 'T', even after restarting the SpeedSearch service.

Am I missing something?

There is an easier way.

In the SalesLogix Administrator - Select the Office Profile - and switch *OFF* the Approval Process (under the Service/Support tab). Then choose the default you want for S/Search (internal/external)

Then, double-click each user - On the Service/Support tab, select 'User has Submit to SpeedSearch as default'

I hope this helps!
