This is a tough task I'm facing now.

Many of our users are having Saleslogix access through the Citrix environment as well as SalesLogix installed on their laptops/pc.What i want to achieve here is I want to take up the data from the SalesLogix in Local machine transferred to the main database. I dont think these local machines are 'remote' versions because, in administrator i found these users as Network Users rather than Remote users.

Can anyone guide me on this?

Also, i want to know how synchronisation is done for remote? We're having a SmartBatch Administrator which performs the sync acitivities at regular intervals, but I dont think its working fine now. How sychronisation is done from the remote machine? Please guide me on this too..

Your questions strike me as a person with no knowledge of the situation you find yourself in. This moves it from "tough" to nigh on impossible! This is not meant to be rude - but realistic.

What you need to do is get some professional advice - for example, there's no need for smart batch so not sure why this is in the mix.

If your users are network - then you have no sync going on, so you're wasting your time going any further.

Please feel free to contact me to act in a professional capacity - but this forum is not a place to try and attempt to sort this out - as your questions are too far reaching to be able to be answered effectively.

Regards
Mike
