We are on SLX 7.5.1 and have been a SLX customer since 2004. One large main site, 2 smaller remote sites and a few remote users. Over the years our attachment file has grow to almost 100GB (yea..100). I would like to "archive" the attachments but cutting and pasting them into a new folder, and placing that on to a tape. I am sure this process is not "sync aware" so I would remove the exact same files from the two remote sites also.

Does anyone see anything wrong with this type of clean up? If a user really, really needed an attachemnt that is three years old I could get it back.

Thanks in advance

No problem, do that and then run integ checker and it will find the missing ones and remove them from attachtable - and that's sync aware, so nothing else to do.
