We have a custom Accounts view for the Saleslogix Lan client (v7.5.1) which is not part of the remote client install. So they look very different.

Our provider is telling us that there is no control over the views, tables etc in the remote client because this is hard coded by Sage.

Is this true? It doesn't make sense that you can't replicate a view from one client to the other.

Totally and utterly untrue !!! They don't match as sync is not setup/working. The views should match totally !!

Thanks Mike.

The users that had been chosen to test as remote had default views set. Reset to customised view and re-syncd. Looks Ok.
Now to tell our provider.
