ExchangeLink - Ignore Birthdays? Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Can someone point me to the registry key that allows ExchangeLink 8.0 to NOT sync birthdays from Outlook? Could swear I saw a post about this in the last few weeks somewhere on the internet but can't find it now.
