fiogf49gjkf0d We have at least one (maybe more) remote laptop users who have been experiencing problems with getting the following error:
QueMessage: The RPC server is unavailable
The user is running a remote/standalone installation of SalesLogix 7.0, using a Remote User Database, and MS-Outlook 2007.
They get this message when trying to send an email from SalesLogix.
I'm new to SalesLogix and have no prior admin experience or knowledge, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
