Web When a Use's Service/Support settings in Admin has the <Notify User of New Ticket> is set to TRUE, an email is not
generated when that User is Assigned to a New Ticket or Assigned to an existing Ticket.
The weird thing is that for new Cases it looks like it requires the Outlook Integration, however using the Send Ticket Information does not....
This also seems to be there in 7.5.4... |
