My environment is just Web 7.5.3.

I installed intellisync and Desktop Manager via Group Policy to 50+ workstations (Windows 7). Worked great the first day, then the Send SLX button dissapeared on all of them. I re-installed on some as the user (tempoararily made them a local admin). Same issue. Worked one day, not the next. I created a AutoIt script to un-register and re-register the DLL (SLMN.dll in the User's local app directory). Unfortunatly, since it's Windows 7, I have to temporarily make the user a local admin, run the script, then take them out of local admin group. The button comes back but then once again dissapears after a day or 2.

Any ideas?

I am not familiar with the Web version and Outlook integration, but if you go into Outlook on a machine where the button is missing, (assuming Outlook 2010, but similar for 2003), on the File tab,  Options Option, on the Add-Ins option, you can check to see if the "SalesLogix Mail Extension" (LAN name for integration) is being disabled by Outlook. Might give you a starting point if you see it disabled or inactive.

Thanks Patrick...but no luck. Before I un-re-register the DLL it shows disabled and I can't check the box to enable it. Once I re-register the DLL, it shows up checked.
