fiogf49gjkf0d Not sure when this happened, we thought at point this issue went away. But on the ticket detail, when the user chooses a team to assign the ticket to , the email pops up in Outlook with the excact number of team memeber "TO" email addreses, but it is a repetitive email addresses, So for example, you would see jdoe@slx.com 17 times if 17 people on the team. , Driivng us crazy since this comes and goes. Checked all users are setup to be assigned tickets, even made them Team Owners, and their emails are all filled in.
Any help here would be appreciated, cannot find out anything on the SAGE portal or here when I do a search.
We did recently update everyones email addreses via a sql script since the company name changed. But we had this issue prior to this being done.
