Hi all,

I'm currently planning an 7.5 SP4 upgrade on a customer that is on 7.5.2. One of the steps of the SP4 bundle is running the SP2 conversion tool, which I know from experience might take long to execute (even hours), so we would prefer to skip that step from the SP4 if possible. Given that this customer is already in 7.5.2 version, we are assuming this conversion has already been run, but it would be great if there was a way we could verify if that is the case or not.

So the question is: is there a way I could make sure whether the SP2 conversion tool has been already run or not?

The conversion shouldn't take long unless you have lots of attachments. The column SENDSLXSAVEMSGFILES is set to T if they have run it and converted to .MSG files. It will be blank if not run (or F if they ran it and chose not to convert). Either way, not really an ideal well of telling but you could always skip and do it later (as you can flip it on/off at any time).
