I am trying to archive files from within the SalesLogix Library.

How do you move files from one folder to another within the SalesLogix library?

Thanks.

There is no move functionality within the interface. You can go to the Library folder itself and move the files if you do not have any remote users.

ALWAYS revisit the Administrator Library section to 'synchronize' the library directory and doc table entries with the Windows FAT\FSO\AD structure. Even if you don't have remotes, Web clients for example rely on the database table entries to build their GUI for the user's......

Bottom Line: moving files and folder's in the Library on the window's side must ALWAYS be followed by going into the Library Icon view in Administrator.....a good rule of thumb is to always go to the Library main view Prior to running Integrity Checker against the Library tables....
