fiogf49gjkf0d I have a citrix user who is unable to:
1. Save Exported Data From SLX. While clicking on save button he is getting error as "Drive C: does not exist or is not accessible. Make sure you enterend the correct drive" . I clicked on OK and it opens a dektop which is different from user's local desktop.( to me appears as citrix server's desktop)
2. Drag Emails/Attachments to SLX: Drag Emails/Attachments to SLX from user's desktop is not working. However when I click on Insert attachment in SLX it opens the same desktop to select attachments as the first one.
Please advise.
