Hello SLX gurus,

I am hitting a bit of a brick wall in trying to figure out an issue we are having with 'NeededByDate' on our tickets. I am still pretty new at SLX and development/code in general and I am finding the code for calculating NeededByDate is a bit over my head. Especially since it seems like I can only get so far before the logic gets hidden into the provider functions.

What I really need to know is that if you have 'Work Weekends' unchecked in the Administration tool of SalesLogix, does this mean that your NeededByDate on tickets should never fall on a weekend?

I'm really struggling with this due to several factors (lack of knowledge, multiple times/timezones involved, and general muddled thinking on my part).

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Correct. If you have a 1 hour (60 minutes) urgency adder at 4:30 on a Friday, the assumption is you do NOT work weekends and need to get a response to the customer by 8:30 Monday, for example. If Work Weekends is Checked, then the response is due by 8:30 on Saturday....
