hi, My site use saleslogix network, and using remote client by syncserver. but Occur problem.

If Database change generated by network client (ex. email field in the contact detail),  TEF file for each remoteuser is not created.

We cannot show TEF files for each remoteuser in the host outfiles folder after manually sync. I  know that TEF file is automatically generated When Directly Database changes generated by network client

my thinking incorrect?

but "From remote client to server sync process" is normal. What is problem in the this sync status?  I want solution about this problem. please help.

and all account's owner and contact's owner is everyone.

Look in the QUEUEFiles folder to see if the files are there?

  • Windows 2003: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SalesLogix\Sync\QUEUEFiles

  • Windows 2008: C:\ProgramData\SalesLogix\Sync\QUEUEFiles

Also, do you have AV installed? If so, check that you have an exclusion set for the Sync Logs folder.
