Hello,

  Pretty new to the forum, so please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong area.

  I have a user that is locking up when opening up his Activities section.  The screen begins to open and then just appears as a shadow and completely hangs saleslogix.  I can duplicate it on multiple workstations and am looking for a way to see any errors that might be occurring when opening up the Activities.

  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

You should run the SLXProfilier to help troubleshoot this issue. You can locate the SLXProfilier.exe within C:\Program Files (x86)\SalesLogix (If you are not familiar with the SLXProfiler the help menu will provide you will all of the relevant information)

Also, what version of SLX are you running?

We are running 7.5.3.4233.

I was able to run the profiler and the below capture shows the result.  It hangs on the one SQL statemtent for about 28 minutes before bringing up the activities.
