I know I did this back a year or two ago, but can't figure out how for the life of me. How do I add new values to the Lead Source lookup? I know it's in the LEADSOURCE table, but that's about it...

In the SalesLogix Client (LAN) go to Tools -> Manage -> Lead Sources.

You'll find everything you need there to modify them.
