Menu Security (and the missing Lookup Menu)

I have an installation where a group of people (sales people) do not have the "Lookup" menu on the main menu bar. I can see it as admin and as other folk in the system, just not as sales. I'm figuring this is a menu security issue, but everybody has the same settings in the slx admin for menu security.
Now I'm lost. What controls the visibility of the Lookup menu (or any other menu item) if not menu security? Where should I look? (I really do want the salesmen to see this menu item). |

| The oob Standard Menu contains Lookup, but another menu could have been released that replaces the Lookup selection. Take a look at all of the Plugins that are of type Menus, and see if any of them are Removing or Replacing Lookup. |
