CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PLZ

The SLX Server database is oracle and i have installed the oracle client and net services and i have had no problem when i tested the ORA files and it successed
when i tried to connect to server from support client (i use laptop and user is remote)
i got this msg
i need a help
kind regards
