Is anyone using the business card scanners and are they worth the investment? I have a user who gets many cards and wants to scan them in.....are there any unknown headaches?

Mixed bag....
I suggest they:
1 - Scan into an Excel spreadsheet (most scanners will)
2 - Fix the data and save as CSV
3 - Use the OOTB Leads Import.
