We are using SalesLogix version 6.2.4 integrated with GroupWise version 7.0.1, when we click Send SLX, the email will be attached in the history tab for that particular contact, but the actual content of the email will not be included.
any help will be appreciated.

Hi Osama,

What are you using for the integration? Is this something custom built or using LinkPoint360 or ???

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your reply , actually there is no integration between GroupWise and SalesLogix ,the GroupWise is the smtp server and SaleLogix clients use Outlook client in their PCs'.

Hi Osama,

If you are looking for email integration between GroupWise and SalesLogix, take a look at LinkPoint360. We provide the same SLX Send functionality in GroupWise as SalesLogix does for Outlook. The Send SLX functionality will send the email using GroupWise and not via an SMTP server. In additon, LinkPoint can also synchronize your Calendars, Contacts and Tasks between GroupWise and SalesLogix.
